| Biografie | Alessio Rossato graduated in Electronic Music, percussion and composition at the Music Conservatory of Venice. He attends currently a composition course with M. Stroppa at the MUHO (Stuttgart, Germany). Rossato attended several courses where he has followed the lessons of H. Lachenmann, B. Furrer, M. Andre, S. Sciarrino, P. Manoury, A. Richard, A. Di Scipio and others. His works were performed in several places and festivals: Biennale Musica (Venice), Stagione Rondò (Milan), EMUFest, Musica Verticale (Rome), Amsterdam Conservatory (Holland), The BEAMS (Boston), Festival de Radio France (France), FZML Leipzig (Germany), L’apostrophe Théâtre (France), FIMNME, UNAM, Conservatorio Nacional de Música (Mexico City), Sound New (Canterbury), L1danceFest (Hungary), Listening Room (Helsinki), NuDanceFest (Slovakia), Notafe (Estonia), OUA (Osaka), Award of Distinction on MA/IN Matera (Italy), ICAD (Michigan), WOCMT (Taiwan), ISSTA (N. Ireland), SIMN (Brazil), CEMI circles (USA), CRM Rome, Autumn Electronic Sound Festival Osaka, New York City Electroacoustic Music Festival and EPICENTROOM (Russia). He was composition teacher for Electroacoustic Music at the Conservatory of Rome and currently is composition teacher in the Conservatory of Catanzaro (Italy). |
